I just got back from a quick weekend gateway and now I am trying to accomplish all the weekend chores in one afternoon. I am quickly learning it’s impossible. The laundry, grocery shopping, unpacking, organizing needs to be done pronto!!! But I did manage to do two things – weekly menu plan and a quick 45 min walk/jog around the neighborhood with Mili-Mali.
While traveling, I caught up on 8 out of 15+ of my magazine subscriptions and found some great recipes for this week’s menu. I think we are ready. We just need some groceries now!!! Off to go clip my coupons and get the list ready!
