This week is very unpredictable. There is a chance that chef might be around, there is a chance he might be of galavanting around the world and there is a chance that we will be eating a lot of leftovers while cleaning out our pantry. Possibilities are endless, but in a mean time I did put together a few meals, just in case….
SUNDAY: Lightly breaded chicken and roasted cauliflower with shallots and golden raisins
MONDAY: Vegetable egg scramble with feta cheese
TUESDAY: Glazed salmon with spicy broccoli and brown rice
WEDNESDAY: Salmon burger with vegetable couscous salad
