I am a few days late with posting our weekly menu, but I assure you we have one. I made the menu on my flight back home, mostly inspired by this little gem. It surely makes dinner planning easy 😉
I am determined to share with you each night of the weekly menu. It’s going to be real good – easy, quick, healthy, and baby approved 🙂 These days, that is becoming the most important part of all of our meals.
Saturday: Leftover pizza and cilantro shrimp on bed of arugulaSunday: Mushroom – Brown Rice RisottoMonday: Chana MassalaTuesday: Crispy breakfast pita…for dinnerWednesday: Asparagus and Cheese tartThursday: Couscous salad with black beans, mushrooms and cornFriday: leftovers…there will be plenty of them for sure
