You might have noticed a lack in posts, but I needed some time to think, regroup, refocus and figure out the way forward, both in my every day life and blog, after all the blog is a reflection of me!
The change is in the air, and the first change is – there is a new chef in town!!! Yup, I am taking over the chef’s hat!

I saw this quote today, and it really got me thinking about my blog, and some other things, but I’ll come back to those “things” a little later. So much of my time on this blog is spent talking about food, but not the actual cooking. It’s time to let go of my fears and conquer the kitchen. I will play, I will create and I will enjoy. I have no idea where to start, so I’ll start small. There are a few things in my refrigerator and pantry, like broccoli, shrimp, mushrooms, red bell pepper, pasta, rice…well you get the picture. I will be trying something new. What’s that new, I have no idea, but like with everything else I will figure it out.
