Breakfast Challenge – Day 3

Day 3 of my breakfast challenge left me searching through the refrigerator trying to figure out what in the world could I eat different today. And somehow I found this – Banana Nut VITA TOP and Chobanni Plain Greek Yogurt. I also added some Goji berries, strawberries, blackberries, chia seeds and ground flex seeds. It certainly wasn’t my favorite breakfast, but it wasn’t bad at all. Looking at the ingredients, it was really healthy. Low in calories, but very satisfying. The yogurt was a bit too tangy for my taste, and the fruit for some reason wasn’t as sweet. But the Vita Top added to the mix was great. This was my first time eating a Vita Top (please don’t ask how long this box has been in my refrigerator – too long to admit) and I loved it. For 100 calories this makes it a perfect snack. I think my grocery store trip this weekend will definitely include buying a different type of Vita Top. I just looked on their website and they have over 30 different kinds – YUM!
