I am a few days late with posting our weekly menu, but I assure you we have one. I made the menu on my flight back home, mostly inspired by this little gem. It surely makes dinner planning easy ;)
I am determined to share with you each night of the weekly menu. It's going to be real good - easy, quick, healthy, and baby approved :) These days, that is becoming the most important part of all of our meals.
Saturday: Leftover pizza and cilantro shrimp on bed of arugula
Sunday: Mushroom - Brown Rice Risotto
Monday: Chana Massala
Tuesday: Crispy breakfast pita...for dinner
Wednesday: Asparagus and Cheese tart
Thursday: Couscous salad with black beans, mushrooms and corn
Friday: leftovers...there will be plenty of them for sure
