Happy Memorial Day - remembering and honoring men and women that protect us and our freedom every day. I tried to incorporate "Memorial Day" colors in my breakfast and I actually managed to eat my breakfast in peace and quiet, too. It's been quiet a reflective morning - remembering those mornings where I take time preparing and enjoying the most important meal of a day.
Today was the good ol' standard "I will be full for a good portion of a day" breakfast - fiber flex cereal, blueberries, blackberries, goji berries, bananas, peanut butter and flax seeds:)
